Community Maps
- Map of Community Common Areas: The map outlines the only areas open to all community residents. Just a reminder, the areas around the lakes are not common areas.
Some Important Contact Information:
- Trash, Recycling and Yard Waste Pick-up: Tuesdays effective May 17, 2022 (Lee County Recycling Guidelines)
- If pick-up day falls on a holiday, the pick-up day will be the following day (Wednesday). There are only 6 holidays observed which are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Pick-up may occur anywhere from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM on pick-up day.
- Owners need to contact Waste Pro if a recycle bin is needed or you need disposal of large items. Owners supply their own trash containers. Trash containers must not be larger than 40 gallons and must have a lid.
- Containers cannot be put out until after 5:00 PM the night before. Containers must be brought in by 9:00 PM the night of pick-up.
- Containers may not be stored outdoors except on pick-up days.
- The community dumpster is solely for the use of residents only if they need to dispose a small amount of trash when leaving the community before a pickup day. Large items, boxes, paint cans, constructions materials, hazardous waste, etc. are not permitted.
Specialty Parking Passes:
If you require a special parking pass for a guest staying at your home for more than one day or a vehicle parked at the Clubhouse lot between midnight and 6:00 am, you MUST contact the Property Manager directly.
FOR NEW RESIDENTS:
All new residents, whether owners or renters, must attend a required orientation session. This session is conducted by the Property Manager. Contact the Property Management Office to schedule this orientation. The Resident Access Form (PDF file) can be completed prior to orientation. For your convenience, this is the Resident Access Form in Word.
