Being prepared in emergency situations takes time, planning and access to resources. This site provides links and tools to help you in preparing for an emergency. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. It is also important to prepare for tornadoes, floods and other unforeseen disasters. - Lee County Emergency Management has two tools to help residents prepare for and be aware of hurricanes and other emergency situations – the LeePrepares app and the AlertLee system. You must sign up for these free services!
- LeePrepares app (formerly LeeAlert) is a phone app, available in Google Play and the App Store, that will assist individuals and families with preparing for and recovering from all types of disasters that may affect the community.
